Social Services Network for Trinity Students

Students may find themselves faced with a crisis at some point during their time at Trinity - financial or legal problems, employment issues, an abusive situation, lack of housing and food, family issues, immigration, health matters and other challenges.

Members of Trinity's staff are trained to help students with some of these issues in a confidential and safe environment; staff members are available in the Dean of Student Services Office, Health and Wellness Center, Academic Support and Career Services, and Campus Ministry.

In addition, Trinity has put together a network of online resources that list organizations that can assist you. Because our students live in DC, Maryland and Virginia , the resources are as close as North Capitol Street and extend throughout the Washington metropolitan region.

While Trinity works in partnership with many of these organizations, we have not verified each organization listed to ensure that the services offered are currently available to students. Many organizations have specific criteria or residency requirements, so it is important to contact several organizations to find the one that will best serve your needs. If you need assistance navigating this list of resources, Trinity's staff can help.
